Carla holds a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil D’entreprise) with a certificate in corporate law. She works with the firm on corporate law issues, providing both advice and ongoing legal support.

Dynamic, rigorous, and highly trained, she assists our clients in the creation and legal management of their structures, working closely with the firm’s lawyers.

With several years of experience as a legal advisor, she joined the KLEMA team in 2024 and works on the firm’s advisory services in corporate and commercial law.
