Jérome DUPHIL

Jérôme DUPHIL graduated with a Master’s degree in business law and taxation from the Bordeaux Law School (Aliénor) in 2008 and began his career in Paris, working for international law firms. There, he acquired solid expertise in corporate law and business taxation, which he now puts to use serving a clientele of executives, investors, and family-owned groups.

Admitted to the Bordeaux Bar in 2011, he is involved in every stage of a company’s life cycle: creation, external growth, fundraising, restructuring, and disposals. He also assists his clients in setting up shareholder agreements and preventing or resolving conflicts between shareholders, with a particular focus on governance issues.

Well-versed in complex legal and tax arrangements, he works closely with a network of trusted partners to effectively structure business transfers, taking both a strategic and asset-based approach.

He is a member of the Business Law Institute of the Bordeaux Bar Association.
