Julia DEVEZ

Julia DEVEZ holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Engineering and a second Master’s degree in Tax Law. She also holds a Diploma in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE). After joining the Paris Bar School (EFB), she was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019.

She works exclusively in business law and taxation. She assists companies and their executives in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, transfers, and more broadly in any corporate restructuring operations. Her career in leading business law firms has enabled her to develop solid, cross-disciplinary expertise.

In addition to her work at the firm, she teaches at the University of Bordeaux (Montesquieu) and participates in the entrance exam for the École des avocats (law school) as a grader for the business law specialty exam.
