Renaud PRUVOST

After being sworn in as a lawyer in 2009, Renaud PRUVOST began his career in Paris at various business law firms, where he gained solid experience in contract law and business litigation in demanding environments.

He then joined the Bordeaux Bar, joining a law firm specializing in commercial law, which allowed him to perfect his knowledge of civil and commercial litigation.

In 2016, Renaud PRUVOST co-founded KLEMA AVOCATS with Jérôme DUPHIL, where he plays a central role in developing activities related to corporate and commercial law. His approach combines a strategic vision of business with an in-depth understanding of the legal issues faced by companies.

He provides daily support to the firm’s clients in sales and corporate restructuring transactions, while defending their interests in court.
